Business Growth Systems plans follow the cancellation terms in the Managed Services Agreement instead.
Applies to sessions booked at a fixed price and paid at the time of booking.
More than 24 hours before the session: you can reschedule free to any open time, or cancel and receive a credit for the full amount, valid 90 days toward any session. If you prefer the money returned to your original payment method, a refund can be processed less a 10% processing fee.
Within 24 hours of the session: payment is non-refundable and no credit is issued.
A no-show forfeits the payment. Late arrival does not extend the session; it still ends at its scheduled end time. To cancel or reschedule, use the links in your booking confirmation email or write to [email protected].
